We will be as flexible as possible regarding your changing needs. The last thing we want to do is hold you to a particular course of action if things are not working out. One of our most important obligations to you is to monitor results against projections & call a halt for re-appraisal if things are not going to plan. This is regardless of how far we have progressed through a campaign.

Once we have agreed with you how a particular telesales campaign will be run, we will confirm the main points by e-mail including our undertaking to do "so many hours" on your behalf at "a certain rate" by "a certain time". You just need to acknowledge this. If there is to be a change of direction, we will state the change & its implications by e-mail & again, ask for you to acknowledge.

There is no set period you have to employ us for as every campaign is different. Some jobs require an intensive effort by the entire team over a relatively short period of time. On other occasions it is more appropriate to dedicate 2 hours every other week for 8 months.

We charge an hourly rate for time ‘on the phone’, time making notes on the calls between the calls & time spent on any follow up correspondence we are responsible for. In addition, dependent on the job, you ‘may’ be charged for time spent on research, planning & preparation – if so you will be told before you commit yourself.

Unless an extraordinarily high phone bill is anticipated, we will not pass this on. Again, if things are to be different you will be advised in advance.

If we are asked to purchase leads on your behalf, these will be passed on at cost.

With the exception of excessively large or small amounts, invoices go out at the end of every month.
